Longform's first release is available to Australian customers only. If something is not right with your order, contact us with your order number and details.

Returns and refunds

• Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return eligibility is assessed against the details of your order and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
• Return postage is not refundable unless an item is faulty or we have made an error.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. Tell us what is not right and include clear photos if relevant.
3. We will reply with the next steps for your order.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in AUD.
